Liberty Park Aşkabat in Turkmenistan light, sound and video effects have been designed by Mr. Laurent Ferron. The main idea was to create the illusion of colour, video and slide projection on the huge water fall arc. The show runs from 21:00 to 22:00 everyday on full automation system ……
