After more then 15 years of experience and more then 100 designs and installations of sound systems, the most difficult sound system design for Mr. Laurent Ferron was the Atrium at the Adam&Eve luxury hotel. The atrium is 150 meter long, 30 meter wide and 30 meter high, the material used was made 75% of mirror, 15% of glass and 10% of reflexion paint on the floor. What does not go with the sound frequency is mirror and empty space without any acoustical furniture which can absorb the echo of the sound. After many configurations and simulations with professional sound software he found the solution that could work at 80% but still 20% of risk wasn’t acceptable. Many sound simulations been down again for more then 1 month and then the solution came with 5% risk. The sound management system has been dispatched on four different places and controlled with the master sound management control in the DJ cabin.
